Carole comes with a wealth of experience within the care home industry and was specifically chosen as home manager at Holmside because of her qualifications, empathy, stringent work ethic as well as nurturing persona. Carole cares passionately for the people in her care and operates an open-door policy for both the staff and residents alike. She has an enthusiastic, positive outlook on life and this reflects in the care that she gives and encourages the staff to give in the care home.

Chef knows the importance of a balance diet at Holmside, but they also know how important it is for everyone to enjoy the food that they are served and look forward to meal times. They only use the freshest, finest ingredients in their cooking, all sourced locally to ensure that the food prepared and served is of restaurant quality.
